** What's New **

Starting in 2007, most of the United States and Canada observe DST from the second Sunday in March to the first Sunday in November, shifting clocks typically at 02:00 local time. The 2007 U.S. change was part of the Energy Policy Act of 2005; previously, from 1987 through 2006, the start and end dates were the first Sunday in April and the last Sunday in October, and Congress retains the right to go back to the previous dates once an energy-consumption study is done.
"Daylight saving time currently makes up roughly eight months of the year, with the remainder counterintuitively called standard time."

Each of the following local version files now has
an international dialing code sheet, which would help make international calls at the right timing, more efficiently.  Dec. 6, 2000

Access  World Clock UK.  The local times in New York (the same as Ohio or Toronto) Los Angeles and Tokyo (the same as Korea) are shown relative to the time in the UK (GMT).

World Clock UK is now designed to show correct times of Japan and the USA when summer time starts in the UK.  It is a challenge to show the difference between the UK and US times for different dates summer time starts in both countries (Sunday, March 31 in the UK and Sunday, April 7 in the USA, in 2002).
Will this work?  Let's find out on March 31 and April 7, both Sunday.
Here is the file.

It did work, and I am now sure it will for the years to come.
- April 7, 2002 -

World Clock for Japan is designed to show correct times of
the UK and the US during their summer times to the hours and the minutes.
I have yet to make sure this works throughout the year.
Here is the file.

Here are other area versions that were finished as of Mar. 3, 2000.

Japan; Los Angeles;
